You will be an active participant in your hypnosis

Your subconscious mind will be asked questions and will respond while you’re in hypnosis. You are always in control, you can shift in and out of the state at will and will be an active participant in your process.

YOU WILL FEEL POSITIVE SHIFTS AFTER YOUR FIRST SESSION

However, many clients will need more than one session to truly unlock the subconscious keys that are keeping them stuck in their current state. Either reality is normal and your hypnotist will discuss the next steps with you at the end of your session.

To participate in a remote hypnosis session, all you need is an Internet-capable device, a steady Internet connection, and a quiet space to connect with your hypnotist for at least two hours.
When seeking hypnosis, it’s good to know that each area of concern has different minimum requirements for optimal success.
Weight Loss: from 3 to 10 sessions
Alcoholism & Addiction: 10 sessions
Fears & Phobia: 2-5 sessions
Smoking Cessation: 2 sessions
Remote hypnosis, in practice, is no different than in-person hypnosis sessions. Your hypnotist will evaluate your body language while you talk together to pick up on any needed cues to guide the conversation. Benefits to remote hypnosis are that you can potentially go deeper in your work because you (the client) are in your own space and a more comfortable setting. Plus, you don’t have to worry about travel time, so you can soak in the benefits more quickly. Besides the technology requirements, the delivery of hypnosis is the same.
To start hypnosis, our initial 2-hour session is $300 for the first meeting. For ongoing, 90-minute sessions, the price is $250 for each following session. Please visit our Services page for more specifics on how we can work together.
